Terms of Service -- StackFlow Technologies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StackFlow Technologies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

StackFlow provides an AI-native IT operations platform including ITSM, ITOM, Cloud Operations, and AI Automation capabilities. Services are provided on a subscription basis pursuant to your order agreement.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are due as specified in your order agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement. StackFlow reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StackFlow services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with platform operations, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. StackFlow processes your data solely to provide the services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

6. Service Level Agreement

StackFlow targets 99.99% platform uptime for Enterprise plans and 99.9% for Pro plans. Service credits are available for downtime below these thresholds as specified in your order agreement.
